The meeting will be inaugurated shortly before 10.00 am by the president of the Commonwealth of Municipalities of Guadajoz and Campi\u00f1a Este, <b>Florentino Santos<\/b>, and the mayor of Baena, <b>Mar\u00eda Jes\u00fas Serrano<\/b>.<\/p><p><b>Emilio Gonz\u00e1lez Ferr\u00edn<\/b>, Islamologist and professor of Arab and Islamic Thought at the University of Seville, will speak on <i>Halal tourism in search of its origin<\/i>. The day will be completed with a round table focused on the <i>challenges and opportunities offered by halal tourism for the Mancomunidad del Guadajoz and Campi\u00f1a Este<\/i>.<\/p><p>Three specialists in the field will participate in the debate: <b>Flora S\u00e1ez<\/b>, Development Director of Let&#8217;s Go Halal and coordinator of the Agrupaci\u00f3n Innova Experiencia Andalus\u00ed; <b>B\u00e1rbara Hayat Ruiz-Bejarano<\/b>, director of the Fundaci\u00f3n Las Fuentes and head of the Red de Medinas; and <b>Sandra L\u00f3pez<\/b>, manager of the Mancomunidad de Municipios del Guadajoz y Campi\u00f1a Este.
